Nessa grew up in Co. Monaghan in Ireland. She studied film during her BA in University College Dublin, and for her MA at Reading University. She spent time living & working in the USA and France, before moving to London. Since then she has worked as an actor and presenter, and in TV production on content for ITV, Channel 4 and TV3. 
She has been script writing and script editing since 2013, including live continuity work for Sky1. 
She was recently awarded the Papaya Films bursary for emerging 
filmmakers and is developing various feature films and a drama podcast. Nessa is represented by United Agents for Writing and Directing. 




Clancie has worked as a producer in various advertising agencies for over 10 years, on campaigns for Renault, Canada Goose, Schweppes, Nescafe, Garnier,  Gu and more.  At the production company of Bespoke Banter Ltd,  she was in charge of her own creative script writing, producing and directing content for well known brands such as L'OREAL, NYX, Bumble & Bumble, Belstaff, YSL, Tigi, and Redken. She had a baby girl in May 2016 and after reading Nessa's script for Early Days, felt as if this was a voice for new mothers and was happy to be part of this amazing project.



Iseult Howlett is a twice IFTA nominated editor. She works across the broadcast genres, and on short films & commercials. 

She edited IFTA Award-winning documentaries I Am Immigrant, Connected, WB Yeats: No Country for Old Men and Shaw: My Astonishing Self.



Sara has been working as a DOP for 9 years after graduating from the NFTS, shooting 14 features and numerous shorts since. Her work has screened in festivals such as Berlin, Locarno, Sitges and London, winning best cinematography at the V'an Dor Independent film awards 2012.

She has shot documentaries in the Grand Canyon, mountains in Mexico, on boats in the Atlantic and settlements in the Phillipines. Her commercial work has been nominated for Best cinematography at Milan Fashion Film Festival & Underwire, as well as Best Branded Content for Shots. 



Kate Magowan has worked extensively across both Film and Television, enjoying leading roles in large studio pictures, small independent films and award winning tv dramas.  Her most notable projects were 'Stardust', with Michelle Pfieffer and Robert de Niro, Michael Winterbottom's Cannes entry for 2002, '24 Hr Party People' and the multi-award winning 'It's All Gone Pete Tong.' She can currently be seen in the highly acclaimed, 'Spotless' on Netflix. 



Indira’s recent TV work includes - Patrick Melrose for Sky Atlantic (with Benedict Cumberbatch), Carnival Row for Amazon, 4 seasons of Game of Thrones for HBO and Unspeakable for Channel 4 and Luther for BBC1, (with Idris Elba).
She has performed in many London theatres most recently in Man and Superman at the National Theatre, The Treatment at The Almeida and Tiger Country at Hampstead Theatre.



Tom cut his teeth in video in the first wave of New Media in 2000. He started in-house at the Capital Radio Group helping develop then manage the video department, working alongside a wide range of bands and brands.

In 2009, he set up Turn Buffalo, with the focus primarily on live music. This quickly developed to cover a wide range of subjects, formats and clients including, Global Radio, 4Music, Allianz, Bauer, TBWA, Ogilvy, Microsoft, L’Oréal and Colgate.

Involvement in the production of Early Days has been a great journey for Turn Buffalo, with the unbelievable cast and crew attached, but also for Tom as a father and the notes that the story touched upon.
